| Item | Explanation |

| Alteration | An alteration is when any changes are made to the benefits on the policy. |
| Mandate request | This is the button for when we need to request debit order mandate from the client. These are required when the premum or bank details are amended. |
| Save Temporary Alteration | Consverations uses this button t save their changes temporarily. |
| Save | The CC consultant uses this to save the alteration. |
